Reels (Video) Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CoFarmers.ng (“we”, “us”, “the Platform”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platform”s short-video / reels features, including uploading, viewing, interacting with, and sharing videos. By accessing or using our Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, posting a reel, or interacting with reels on the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country to create an account and accept these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts & User Responsibility

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Content Ownership & Licence

You retain ownership of videos you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant CoFarmers.ng a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

• Illegal or harmful content (e.g., drugs, violence, hate speech).
• Harassment, threats, or invasion of privacy.
• Copyright or trademark infringement.
• Spam, scams, deepfakes, or misinformation.

5. Data Protection

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act and NITDA guidelines. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn how your data is handled.

7. Reporting Illegal or Harmful Content

Report content that violates Nigerian law (e.g., violence, exploitation, drugs) using our in-app tools or email us at support@cofarmers.ng.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FCT, Nigeria.
